Job summary

T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to guide enterprise customers through onboarding and early adoption of our AI cloud platform, specializing in GPU infrastructure, Kubernetes, and scalable pipelines across Europe.

You will lead PoCs, translate business needs into architectures, and collaborate with engineering, security, and data teams to ensure reliable, secure deployments while mentoring client specialists.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years designing/delivering IaaS/PaaS/SaaS systems.
• Experience with GPU-based infrastructure.
• Strong Kubernetes knowledge.
• Expert Python/Bash scripting.
• Expert automation deployment skills (Ansible/Salt/ Terraform/ Helm).
• CI/CD in Kubernetes and repo management.
• Automation with Git (GitHub, GitLab) and GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
• Linux OS proficiency.
• Monitoring/visualization with Grafana/Prometheus.
• English at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Consult on GPU infrastructure and platform usage.
• Lead onboarding/training and mentor customer specialists.
• Design and implement PoCs with environment setup and deployment workflows.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and requirements.
• Assist with performance optimization, troubleshooting and validation of solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across infra, networking, automation, security, and AI services.
• Propose automation concepts to improve services and operating models.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security across the customer lifecycle.
• Support monitoring and capacity planning for AI workloads and GPU utilization.
