The role emphasizes hiring, performance management, tool selection, and ensuring data quality while meeting deadlines. This is a remote-friendly role within Spain, with potential for flexible work arrangements.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience leading a technical team.
• Strong understanding of good practices, like version control or code reviews.
• Hands-on experience building robust and scalable crawlers.
• Solid understanding of data structures and data models.
• Project and task management skills.
• Basic understanding of Python

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 6-8 analysts, including hiring and performance management.
• Manage the team’s workload together with product managers.
• Ensure the quality of the extracted data.
• Select the right tools for data extraction and crawling for the team.
• Ensure timely delivery of extracted data and reports
