Jobtailor is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead the Assortment & Planogram team and shape the roadmap for a new planogram tool. You will partner with data science and design to deliver data-driven features that enhance user experience and drive strategic decisions.

The role requires proven PM experience with complex data-led products, strong analytical skills, and the ability to run cross-functional initiatives independently in an agile setting. Experience in retail enhances fit.

Formación

• Proven product management experience delivering complex, data-led products.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in research/discovery methodologies.
• Experience working with data science functions is highly preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage an engineering squad within the Assortment & Planogram team.
• Drive product strategy and roadmap for the new planogram tool.
• Collaborate with data science teams to deliver data-driven product features.
• Work closely with UX/design to ensure exceptional user experience.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and client engagement throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct research and discovery activities to inform product decisions.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and delivery in an agile environment.
