Mercury is seeking a CSA Site Supervisor in Madrid to lead on-site activities for CSA packages, ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance on a major installation project.

The role requires 5–10 years of supervisory experience, strong health and safety knowledge, and proven ability to coordinate with subcontractors, manage costs, and drive progress through weekly reports and meetings.

Formación

• 5–10 years supervising installation crews and sub-contractors.
• Proven track record on large installation projects.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Experience in design and build.
• Strong IT skills and CSA systems knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage site safety with Mercury Safety Advisor.
• Manage site QA with CSA Package manager.
• Oversee project schedule with trades and package leads.
• Direct daily on-site operations for CSA packages.
• Track costs: Mercury CSA team, subcontractors, materials, plant, variations.
• Manage subcontractor activities and weekly minutes.
• Maintain Mercury In Progress snagging system and weekly punch lists.
• Issue labour hours to time administrator.
• Attend site meetings and project reviews.
• Close out project items with CSA package manager.
