Ruby Labs Ltd. is seeking a Lead Billing Data Analyst to own the data strategy behind subscription billing operations. You will lead a hands-on analytics team, build pipelines, and mentor analysts to improve billing performance and risk management.

You will partner with Billing, Support, Finance, Product, and Marketing to align metrics, drive impact, and deliver actionable insights across the organization.

Formación

• Deep subscription billing expertise in a recurring-revenue business (payments, renewals, refunds, disputes).
• Advanced SQL with complex joins, window functions and performance-aware queries.
• Data visualization proficiency with Omni, Tableau, Power BI or similar.
• Proven people leadership: prioritizing, distributing work, reviewing output, accountability.
• Statistical rigor: forecasting, experiments, and translating business questions into analysis.
• Experience with billing platforms/processors such as Stripe, Braintree, Nuvei, or similar.
• Strong communication to explain findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration across Billing, Support, Finance, Product and Marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, analyze, and report on billing and support performance metrics (payments, renewals, refunds, disputes).
• Build and maintain data pipelines delivering accurate, timely billing data.
• Apply statistical methods to model scenarios and anticipate financial risk.
• Design and run A/B tests to evaluate billing initiatives.
• Analyze impact of pricing and product changes on billing outcomes and customer metrics.
• Create dashboards and real-time reports for billing health and support performance.
• Turn insights into actionable recommendations to reduce disputes and churn.
• Document analyses, workflows, and data logic for reproducibility.
