A specialist staffing agency is seeking a Bids & Tenders Specialist in Madrid to manage tender activities and coordinate across departments. The ideal candidate will have a law degree or similar, with at least 4 years of experience in a related role, preferably within diagnostics or pharmaceuticals. Proficiency in English and good knowledge of regulations is required. This role offers a chance to contribute significantly to high-quality tenders and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the same role, preferable in diagnostics or pharmaceuticals.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bid management, preferably in the hospital sector.
• Knowledge of regulations and procedures, particularly the Procurement Code.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and advise tender teams to mitigate contractual risks.
• Manage overall contract terms and conditions.
• Monitor and manage the tender submission process.
