ARQUIMEA SPACE in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid) seeks a Project Manager to lead complex space projects from conception to execution, coordinating interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

You will ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget, aligning with quality standards and aerospace regulations including ECSS and NASA standards. The role requires EU work eligibility and potential travel to the US.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Aerospace or related field.
• +3 years PM experience, preferably in space/military/aerospace.
• Know PM methodologies (e.g., PMI).
• Experience in space projects desirable.
• Aerospace quality standards familiarity desirable.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Proactive, autonomous and a team player.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with customers/suppliers.
• Proficient in English.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
• Familiarity with ECSS and NASA standards.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance if required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the complete life cycle of space projects from planning to closure.
• Ensure on-time delivery, scope control, and budget adherence with quality standards.
• Develop project scopes/objectives with stakeholders and assess feasibility and risk.
• Coordinate project communications with subcontractors, partners, and customers.
• Apply verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Report escalations to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
