IMMACULATE FOR Trading and Contracting L.L.C. is seeking a Lead Architect to coordinate all architectural requirements across projects, ensuring the full design intent, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team of architects and consultants, engage with clients to translate needs into designs, and oversee drawings and specifications for execution and approval. A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required, with 8+ years of experience and GCC experience a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes and zoning ordinances.
• Ability to implement local code requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee architectural design from concept to completion while meeting client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Create and develop architectural designs ensuring functionality, aesthetics and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and coordinate the architectural team, including junior architects, designers and consultants.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and refine designs based on feedback.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure feasibility and integrity of designs.
