Luxoft Spain in Spain is seeking an experienced Android/Java/Kotlin developer to join a team focused on Android Automotive framework components. You’ll contribute to SystemUI and Homescreen work within IVI software and collaborate across disciplines in an agile setting.

You will work with Product Managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into solid technical solutions, diagnose issues, and drive performance and reliability in the automotive Android stack.

Formación

• Advanced Kotlin and Java development across application and framework layers.
• Expertise with Android Automotive OS and related APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Android system services, IPC (Binder), and multi-process communication.
• Experience debugging with adb, systrace, dumpsys, and logcat.
• Familiarity with MVVM/MVI or Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Experience with Android Studio, Gradle, Git, and embedded/Linux concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in an end-to-end team with system engineers, product owners, designers, and QA.
• Implement, test, and refine features for the Android Automotive-based stack.
• Translate requirements from Product Managers and UI/UX into technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve software defects and performance issues promptly.
• Refactor and optimize codebase to maintain health and scalability.
