Agilent Technologies is seeking a Lead Test Framework Architect to drive AI-enabled testing across a Kubernetes-based platform. You will build AI-native test frameworks, integrate Copilot and related tools, and govern AI test artifacts in regulated environments.

Lead adoption with governance, and define platform-wide testing standards. You will work on multi-level test automation, contract testing, and observability, with a strong emphasis on reproducibility, risk management, and auditable

Formación

• 10+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in test architecture or quality engineering architecture.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development and testing tools with practical usage patterns.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise for test environment design and ephemeral namespaces.
• Experience designing multi-level test automation frameworks (unit, contract, integration, E2E, performance).
• Strong CI/CD integration and quality gates (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Contract testing experience for microservices and API-first architectures.
• Ability to deliver reusable test frameworks adopted across product teams.
• Influence on architecture to improve testability-by-design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI SDLC adoption for quality engineering and test authoring.
• Build AI-native test frameworks and CI/CD quality gates.
• Integrate Copilot and related tools into testing workflows.
• Develop evaluation and regression frameworks for AI capabilities.
• Define human-in-the-loop governance and risk-based checkpoints.
• Establish platform-wide test architecture standards for Kubernetes microservices.
• Instrument and report on DORA metrics augmented with AI measures.
