What will your day-to-day look like?

We are seeking to hire a lawyer specialized in banking and finance law for our Barcelona offices, capable of managing the following responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, syndicated facilities, security documents, refinancing structures and other financial contracts.
• Advise on processes of authorization or registry with the Bank of Spain and the CNMV.
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance for credit institutions, investment services firms, payment institutions, electronic money entities and other financial entities.
• Provide legal support to investment management firms and on fund formation.
• Assist clients with compliance and regulatory issues in the fintech sector.
• Advise on matters related to digital assets and blockchain technology.
• Provide legal advice on mergers and acquisitions involving financial institutions.

• 2-6 years of experience in the field, preferably in a law firm or a department specializing in banking and finance law.
• Master's degree, postgraduate studies, or specialized courses in topics related to Banking and Finance Law.
• Advanced level of English.

Additional languages will be a plus for your candidacy. E.g., French and German, among others.
