Ryanair Group in Palma is recruiting Cabin Crew to join Europe’s largest airline group, with 16,000+ crew across 90+ bases and 3,600 daily flights. You will deliver exceptional passenger service and uphold safety as a priority from day one.

No prior cabin crew experience is required; a comprehensive training programme will prepare you for inflight duties, and successful trainees receive Cabin Crew Wings to start your journey in the skies.

Formación

• No prior cabin crew experience required; training provided to equip you for inflight duties.
• Must complete English proficiency assessment and situational judgment test during recruitment.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU is required.
• Height between 157 cm and 188 cm.
• Able to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Ability to speak and write in English proficiently.

You will be required to work both early and late shifts, with reporting times as early as 5:00 AM and finishes that may extend until midnight.
