Ryanair invites you to participate in an Assessment Day in Madrid to join Europe's largest airline group as cabin crew. No prior experience is required; you will embark on a 6-week training course and begin a career that combines travel, teamwork, and service.

As part of Ryanair Group, you will enjoy perks such as free training, daily per diem, staff travel to destinations across the network, a fixed roster, and a uniform in year one.

Formación

• Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely.
• Height approximately 157 cm to 188 cm.
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Hardworking, flexible, outgoing and friendly personality.
• Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English.
• Passion for travelling and meeting new people.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer service on board and during training.
• Attend training and exams, and progress through a cabin crew program.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and excellent guest experience.
• Adapt to early and late shifts and roster requirements.
