$115,000 – $135,000p/y + company vehicle + phone

Join a leading WA company within the landscaping industry dedicated to delivering high-quality horticultural services to developers, local government and commercial clients. We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager to oversee a portfolio of established maintenance contracts and deliver projects/services on time, within scope and on budget.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing maintenance contracts to ensure compliance, quality and customer satisfaction
  • Manage maintenance teams and supervisors – schedule and allocate staff, equipment and resources effectively
  • Conduct site inspections, audits and performance reviews
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify and convert opportunities within current contracts
  • Ensure work, health and safety policies are being followed for safe work practices
  • Support tender submissions, quoting and proposal writing for new contracts
  • Monitor contract budgets/performance, reporting requirements, KPI's and quality standards.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in contract management – preferably landscaping, commercial grounds maintenance, asset management or a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build trust and report with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to problem-solve and work autonomously
  • Solid understanding of operational workflows and WHS compliance
  • Current Driver's License
  • Relevant qualifications in Horticulture (Diploma of Horticulture, Cert III Horticulture), or similar (highly desirable)
