Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a Surveyor to perform land surveys for properties and sites, preparing maps, plots, and legal descriptions to support construction, valuations, and planning.

The candidate will use total stations, GPS and aerial photogrammetry, establish control points, and produce accurate survey reports while ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in surveying; GCC experience is a plus.
• Proficient with surveying instruments (total stations, GPS) and mapping techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and features.
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, and legal descriptions.
• Create plats and maps for land development and planning projects.
• Provide layout services for construction with site grading and alignments.
• Establish control points for accurate survey measurements.
• Analyze survey data and produce reports and deliverables.
• Prepare property descriptions and boundary certificates for records.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and surveying standards.
• Communicate progress and requirements with clients and project teams.
