Labor Relations Advisor

Location – Global (with strong focus on Spain)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Labor Relations Advisor to join our Global People Operations team. This role provides expert employment law guidance to internal stakeholders across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations while aligning with corporate standards. You will manage complex labor matters, collaborate with external legal counsel, and play a key role in global workforce transitions and strategic people initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on employment law and labor relations issues globally, with a strong focus on Spain.
  • Lead and contribute to organizational restructuring plans and employee consultation processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Drive harmonization of employment conditions and labor‑related policies.
  • Manage relationships with work councils, third‑party providers, and represent the company before authorities.
  • Collaborate with external lawyers to resolve sensitive employment situations.
  • Support equality plans and collective workforce adjustments in Spain within a global context.
Skillset and Experience Required
  • Proven experience in labor relations within a global organization.
  • Strong expertise in Spanish employment law, including collective workforce adjustments and equality plans.
  • Solid understanding of international labor regulations and workforce transitions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, multicultural environments.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced environments, managing multiple priorities with agility.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
