A renowned healthcare research foundation in Spain seeks a researcher to support projects involving cell culture, sample preparation, and handling experimental models. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree or equivalent, solid experience in molecular biology techniques, and a GCP certification. Proficiency in English is required. Formación

• Experience in PCR, digital PCR, electrophoresis, ELISA, plasma nucleic acid isolation.
• Control of samples and databases.
• Experience in work activity associated with the hospital environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support projects from group implications by preparing cells, samples, and experimental models.
• Collect samples from patients and experimental animals.
• Sort and process samples.

Conocimientos

Proven experience in cell culture

GCP certificate

Demonstrable experience in cell proliferation and viability assays

Handling of mesenchymal stem cells

Experience in common molecular biology techniques

Educación

Offer Description

The work will consist of supporting projects arising from the RICOR implications of the group by taking care of the preparation of cells, samples and experimental models between the various experimental groups, collection of samples from patients and experimental animals, storage, sorting and processing of samples.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cell culture
• GCP certificate
• Demonstrable experience in cell proliferation and viability assays
• Handling of mesenchymal stem cells (Isolation, characterization,...)
• Experience in common molecular biology techniques: PCR, digital PCR, electrophoresis, ELISA, plasma nucleic acid isolation, flow cytometry

Specific Requirements:

• Experience in flow cytometer
• Extraction of nucleic acids
• Performance of PCRs, ELISA,...
• Control of samples and databases
• Experience in work activity associated with the hospital environment
• Demonstrable group work
• Inclusion in scientific publications with impact factor
