The role involves leading a team responsible for conducting KYC checks and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in people management, a solid understanding of KYC processes, and excellent communication skills. This position offers an office-first collaboration environment without remote-only options.

Formación

• At least 1 year of people management experience, preferably in Operations, Support, or Compliance.
• Experience leading operational teams with proven success in meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Basic understanding of KYC processes within FinTech, banking, or payments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team responsible for the KYC process during merchant onboarding.
• Define key objectives and communicate goals and SLAs for the team.
• Evaluate team performance through metrics and track progress.
