Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds, including automation, tooling, and incident management. The role focuses on hands-on Kubernetes operations, strong Linux fundamentals, and cloud experience with Azure or AWS.

Qualifications

Hands-on Kubernetes in production (4+ years).
Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals.
Ability to debug across layers from app to infra.
Experience with public cloud providers (Azure or AWS).

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across cloud environments.
Utilize observability tooling and keep runbooks up to date.
Manage end-to-end incident response and RCA reviews.
Onboard new clients to the platform.
Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort.
Identify and deliver process improvements.
Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components current.
Proactively manage capacity to scale with demand.
