Job summary

T-Systems International in Madrid, Spain, seeks an experienced professional to design and enhance a Kubernetes-native automation OCAS for the Telekom Cloud. You will build production-grade operators, define CRDs, and implement GitOps workflows with FluxCD, integrating Vault/ESO, Kafka, and Logging solutions.

The role covers architecture, reconciliation logic, testing, security integration, and CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, plus documentation and runbooks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable STEM field.
• At least five years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with Go or Python and Kubernetes ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and test production-grade Kubernetes operators (Go/Python).
• Define CRDs, reconciliation logic, and RBAC for secure lifecycle management.
• Develop GitOps workflows using FluxCD and integrate with Vault/ESO, Kafka, and Logging solutions.
• Create architecture docs, runbooks, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
