Job summary

T-Systems Iberia is seeking a System/DevOps Engineer to lead the technical integration and operation of a Converged Charging System on a Kubernetes‑based private cloud. You will design interfaces, monitor systems, and coordinate with international teams to ensure service excellence.

The role requires deep knowledge of OCS/CCS, container orchestration, and robust incident analysis skills to support production deployments and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Experience with Kubernetes in private cloud environments.
• Experience with Online Charging Systems (OCS) and Converged Charging Systems (CCS).
• Strong incident analysis and root cause diagnosis skills.
• Familiarity with telecom protocols and API/interface design.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical concepts, system specs and interfaces for the OCS/CCS ecosystem.
• Install, configure, operate and continuously improve complex production systems.
• Monitor availability, performance, capacity and ensure resilience, failover.
• Analyze charging, rating, billing logic and related business rules.
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers and cross‑functional international stakeholders.
