Job summary

T-Systems is seeking a DevOps professional to lead the integration, operation and evolution of the Online Charging System within a Kubernetes-based private cloud. You will work with a global team to design interfaces, ensure reliability and drive continuous improvement of charging, rating and billing platforms.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, incident analysis, and proactive capacity planning in a hybrid work environment across international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes on private cloud environments; cluster deployment and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical concepts, system specifications and interface designs for the Online Charging System and connected systems.
• Install, configure, operate and continuously improve complex production systems and services.
• Monitor availability, performance and capacity; guarantee resilience, redundancy and failover capability.
• Perform hands-on incident, problem and root cause analysis using logs and monitoring data.
• Analyze and implement requirements related to charging, rating, billing and related business logic.
