Bluecrux in Barcelona seeks a Kinaxis Maestro Solution Architect to own end-to-end solution design and lead implementation across planning domains. You will stay hands-on in model design, contribute to configuration and KPI frameworks, and act as the technical reference for delivery teams and clients.

This role requires multiple end-to-end Maestro deployments, strong modeling for performance, ERP integration experience, and a willingness to travel globally within a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• End-to-end Maestro implementations with hands-on experience.
• Design models balancing performance, maintainability and business fit.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand, supply, S&OP/IBP).
• Experience integrating Maestro with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S/4HANA).
• Excellent communication, translating architecture for business and tech audiences.
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid model.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and implementation of Kinaxis Maestro across planning domains.
• Transform business challenges into robust Maestro designs with data models and KPI frameworks.
• Make architecture decisions grounded in real use cases and performance considerations.
• Stay hands-on in model design, configuration, and scenario logic.
• Act as technical and functional reference for delivery teams and clients.
• Facilitate design workshops with planners and IT leaders.
• Coach consultants on Maestro patterns and build quality.
• Support presales with architectural input and feasibility assessments.
• Lead design and bring it to life, not just coordinate.
