Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Madrid is seeking a senior analytics professional to drive APS implementations, focusing on SAP IBP and Kinaxis across S&OP, demand, inventory, and supply & response. You will work with project teams, architects, and clients to solve complex supply chain planning challenges.

You will leverage data analytics and ML approaches to improve forecasting, optimization, and decision support while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in science, engineering, mathematics, business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or related areas.
• Experience with SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or o9 required.
• Strong understanding of planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain fundamentals.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, analytics, and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Advanced Planning Systems (APS) including SAP IBP and Kinaxis.
• Collaborate with McKinsey project teams to deploy planning solutions on-site.
• Analyze forecasting and optimization metrics to drive actionable recommendations.
• Build client relationships and support project planning and execution.
