Bluecrux in Barcelona is seeking a Kinaxis Maestro Solution Architect to lead end-to-end planning design and delivery. You will own the architecture across demand, supply, S&OP/IBP, and scenario analysis, while staying hands-on in model design and configuration.

You will coach consulting teams, run workshops with planners and IT leaders, and support presales with feasibility assessments. A global, hybrid work environment awaits you.

Formación

• : Multiple end-to-end Maestro implementations with hands-on experience.
• Models balancing performance, maintainability and business fit.
• Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand, supply, S&OP/IBP, KPIs).
• Experience integrating Maestro with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S/4HANA).
• Strong communication skills translating architecture for business and technical audiences.
• Consulting mindset: ownership, curiosity and problem solving.
• Certifications: Author, Contributor, Master or equivalent delivery experience.
• Experience leading solution design in complex Maestro programs.
• Willingness to travel globally and hybrid work environment.

Responsabilidades

About the role

As a Kinaxis Maestro Solution Architect, you combine deep hands on expertise with strong delivery leadership. You take ownership of the end to end solution design and stay closely involved throughout execution. Your goal is to build resilient, scalable planning solutions that create real business impact for our clients.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Kinaxis Maestro across planning domains (demand, supply, S&OP / IBP, scenario analysis).

• Business and process challenges into robust Maestro designs - including data models, logic, workbooks, and KPI frameworks.

• Make architecture decisions grounded in real use cases, best practices, and performance considerations.

• Stay hands on in model design and build, contributing to configuration, advanced worksheets, and scenario logic.

You bring:
