A leading global mobility recruitment firm is seeking a Business Development / Sales Manager to promote and up-sell services within the relocation industry. The ideal candidate will develop new business relationships, network in industry forums, and possess a proven track record in sales. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential. This role offers a hybrid work model in Madrid.

The successful applicant will be required to contact and visit corporate clients with the aim of promoting and up‑selling the services of the company. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business relationships within a defined territory assigned by the Business Development Director;
  • Networking within industry and business forums to expand sales opportunities and promote the company and its services in general;
  • Building long‑term relationships with target accounts based on a consultative sales approach;
  • Actively anticipating, planning and managing sales processes for client acquisition and participating in allocation and execution of marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of successful sales / business development
  • Previous experience in the global mobility, relocation or household goods (HHG) industry
  • Fluent Spanish & English is an essential requirement.
