The Key Account Manager (KAM) role for NS in Catalonia and Baleares is strategic for the national success of the unit and Takeda, as this region represents a significant contribution in both volume and value. Catalonia is a key area for consolidating the growth of Elvanse and ensuring effective coverage in the treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders.
The KAM will work closely with the other two KAMs in the unit, fostering a strong team dynamic aligned with shared objectives. Additionally, active cross-functional collaboration with the Medical and Marketing departments is required to ensure an integrated and patient-centered execution. The KAM's activities will include visits to adult psychiatrists, child psychiatrists, and pediatric neurologists, with the goal of enhancing awareness, accurate patient identification, and appropriate treatment management. The ability to build trust, educate, and support healthcare professionals will be key to success in such a competitive and relevant region as Catalonia. Additionally, the continuous growth of the private psychiatry market in Catalonia represents a strategic opportunity by engaging with specialists in the private sector.
In addition, the role will leverage advanced technologies, innovative tools, and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance strategic decision-making and customer engagement. The use of digital platforms and data-driven insights will support the identification of opportunities, optimize territory management, and personalize interactions with healthcare professionals. Embracing these technological advancements will be essential to drive efficiency and deliver impactful results in a dynamic and evolving environment.
