About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our customer portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue, and achieving sales targets. You will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, managing contracts and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.Key Responsibilities :

Develop strategic and tactical business plans for key accounts.Manage relationships at all levels within the company.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.Analyze sales data and forecast future sales.Independently manage project activities.Address challenges in client relationships.Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams.Develop customer pricing strategies.Required Qualifications :
