A technology company in Granada is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage customer relationships and operational capabilities. Ideal candidates will have over three years in sales and key account management, with excellent bilingual skills in Spanish and English. Responsible for enhancing market share and executing strategic plans, this role requires strong communication and travel readiness.

Formación

  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience in sales and key account management.
  • Extensive understanding of distributors, chain retailers, and dealers.
  • Willing to travel.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain close communication with customers, monitor their daily sales and operations, and assist in enhancing their sales and operational capabilities;
  • Manage the pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales customer relationships for the new and existing customers;
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand distribution channels and get more market share;
  • Collaborate on customer-related matters including contracts, orders, logistics, after-sales service, and marketing, liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations;
  • Oversee the monthly sales forecast, sales plan, delivery, and payment;
  • Participate in the annual marketing activities.
Requirements
  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience in sales and key account management, with extensive understanding of distributors, chain retailers, and dealers;
  • Great understanding in retail management;
  • Excellent oral and written Spanish and English skills;
  • Responsible, honest, trustworthy, proactive, with good team spirit, high execution ability, and strong stability;
  • Willing to travel.
