Job summary

Bunge Limited is seeking a Junior Trader in Sant Just Desvern to support the DCVC trading team in daily oil trading activities. You will help manage biodiesel logistics, pricing, and PnL reporting across Spain, coordinating with plants, suppliers, and customers.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and have experience in commodity trading or logistics, with strong Excel and SAP skills and fluent English. This role is on-site with opportunities to grow in a global agribusiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Agriculture, or related field.
• Experience in commodity trading, logistics, or related environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support DCVC trading team on day-to-day activities to ensure oil trading runs smoothly.
• Coordinate Biodiesel Bilbao planning with sites, plants, execution and customers.
• Maintain daily PnL and monitor oil prices and market activity for Spain.
• Ensure SAP is kept up-to-date with trades to maintain a reliable risk position.

Role Purpose Statement

Ensure oil trading runs effectively on a day-to-day basis by supporting DCVC trading team on their daily activities.

Main Accountabilities:

• Commercial for Biodiesel in Spain making sure Share Holder Agreement between Repsol and Bunge is fully respected.
• Commercial strategy alignment with Bio EU team.
• Commercial lead for Crude Glycerine Bilbao.
• Biodiesel Position follow up and Biodiesel Commercial PnL reporting and alignment.
• Daily relationship with DCVC rape crush to keep team updated with our needs, margins and opportunities.
• Neutralization line utilization coordination with ESVC team.
• Research/Reporting:
• Lead EPA certification needed for our crush and biodiesel plants.
• Consolidate daily PnL.
• Keep the group daily updated with the EU oil prices and oil activity.
• Logistics/Others:
• Link between each South Biodiesel location ensuring logistic (by vessel or truck) to ARA are solved. Giving solutions to our high GHG savings and RME program.
• Coordinate Biodiesel Bilbao planning with foods team, plants, execution and customers.
• Sustainability position Vegoils + GHG + UCOs + new requirements.
• Keep SAP duly feed with daily trades to have a reliable risk position.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Experience in commodity trading, logistics, supply chain, commercial operations, or a related environment.
• Experience working with SAP and business reporting systems.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Exposure to vegetable oils, biofuels, agricultural commodities, or trading environments is preferred.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of commodity trading and supply chain operations.
• Understanding of risk management and customer credit processes.
• Experience with logistics and freight coordination.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and data management skills.
• SAP proficiency and ability to troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tools knowledge.
• Understanding of pricing, inventory management, and trading operations.
• Knowledge of refinery and crushing plant operational processes is desirable.
