The role requires 12+ years of SAP experience, deep SAP Logistics expertise, and fluent English.

• Manage & Own the full SAP Logistics solution lifecycle from requirements to run
• Partner with key users and stakeholders to drive requirements alignment and adoption
• Be the reference/expert for SAP Agri-Food Trading & Execution domains
• Provide functional oversight of SAP Agri-Food application support with high service quality
• Serve as final functional escalation point for high-impact incidents
• Lead regression testing, impact analysis, and ensure full solution documentation
• Manage/Lead medium SAP projects with minimal oversight
• Mentor junior analysts and promote knowledge sharing within the CoE

Overview

The SAP Logistics Solution Expert – Agri-Food is a Global CoE functional expert within the SAP Agri-Food Execution domain. The role provides SAP functional leadership with accountability for end-to-end solution lifecycle ownership, design authority, and operational stability. The position focuses on driving harmonization, standardization, and scalability of SAP Agri-Food solutions across regions.

Essential Functions – Main Accountabilities

• Manage & Own the full solution lifecycle processes including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and run.
• Partner with key users and senior stakeholders to drive requirements alignment, change management, and solution adoption.
• Be recognized as reference / Expert for assigned SAP Agri-Food Trading & Execution domains, ensuring robust, compliant, and future-proof solutions.
• Provide functional oversight of SAP Agri-Food application support, ensuring SLA adherence and high service quality.
• Serve as final functional escalation point for high-impact incidents.
• Lead regression testing, impact analysis, and ensure full solution documentation.
• Manage/Lead medium SAP projects initiatives and enhancements with minimal oversight.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the CoE.

Knowledge and Technical Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP Logistics processes on increasing management and leading positions.
• Strong integration knowledge across FICO with exposure to SAP PS, PP, and QM.
• Ability to operate autonomously in complex, high-pressure environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Flexibility to travel (25% approximately) and occasional off-hours support
• Fluent English (written and spoken) being able to communicate at all levels within the organization
