Bunge Iberian trading team seeks a capable oil trading support professional to ensure day-to-day operations and risk management. You will assist in customer relationships, logistics, pricing, and market alignment with Bunge Repsol JV while coordinating with ESVC and finance teams.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, coordination across internal stakeholders, and accurate SAP data handling. Fluency in English and Italian beneficial, with a collaborative, results-driven mindset expected.

Role Purpose Statement

Ensure oil trading runs effectively on a day-to-day basis by supporting Bunge Ibérica S.A. trading team on their daily activities.

Main Accountabilities

• Commercial / Risk management
  • (OIL) Support customer relationships, logistics and pricing for NAF customers which are captive to Bunge Repsol JV.
  • (OIL) BISA export surplus, making sure all commercial game plan is aligned with it.
  • (OIL) Support refineries utilization coordination with ESVC team.
  • (OIL) customer risk/credit limits
  • Relationship between BISA/BAI.
  • BISA cbot & forex hedging and boardcrush management.
  • Commercial support for Beans.
  • Lead BAI meal team on monthly crush capacities and daily alignment.
  • Industrial focus on yields and quality.
• Research / Reporting
  • Alignment with DCVC & OCVC to communicate meal or beans needs.
  • Actively participate in European market intel updating Spain grids.
  • Consolidate relevant internal and external reports to support decision making.
• Finance / Trade support
  • Timely send and enter in the system all contract confirmation, futures activity, and pricings to contracts.
  • Execute relevant tasks related to month end closure and beginning of the month in conjunction with Execution, Finance.
  • Provide assistance preparing and reporting the Oilseeds and Meals daily P&L estimate and monthly closing for BISA.
• Logistics / Others
  • Support BBS to have accurate accountability and data entry on SAP.
  • SAP problem solver. Follow up everything is smoothly executed and invoiced.

We are looking for different skills in our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance or administration.
• +/- 2 years of previous experience.
• Must possess a demonstrated high degree of communication and proactivity.
• The ability to gain various stakeholders’ support for ideas, proposals, and solutions, as well as develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside or outside the organization.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English (any other languages will be a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
