FERO in Madrid is seeking a diligent Junior Technical Tester to ensure quality during merchant implementations and migrations to new FERO versions. You will execute structured tests, validate checkout flows, and collaborate across teams to retest before go-live.

The role targets entry-level professionals who are detail-oriented and keen to develop technical testing skills within a fast-growing fintech.

Responsabilidades

• Execute documented test cases for new merchant implementations and migrations to new versions.
• Test checkout flows, styling, payment journeys and plugin integrations.
• Identify gaps between the expected and actual implementation.
• Spot, reproduce and clearly document bugs or unexpected behaviour.
• Log issues in our tracking system and follow them through to resolution and retesting.
• Flag possible improvements to existing test cases or processes when you notice something missing or unclear.
• Work closely with Implementation and Customer Success, with technical guidance from our QA Engineer.

About the role

We're looking for a Junior Technical Tester to support the quality of new merchant implementations and migrations to new versions of FERO.

You'll perform structured manuel tests, using clearly documented test cases, checking areas such as checkout flows, styling, payments and plugin integrations. When something doesn't work as expected, you'll investigate the issue, document it clearly and work with the relevant teams to make sure it is resolved and retested before go-live.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is highly detail-oriented, enjoys following structured processes and is interested in developing their technical knowledge within a fast-growing fintech.
