AIM Sport is seeking a Junior Technical Artist to strengthen our After Effects pipeline and keep the studio's output scalable. Based in Madrid, you’ll ensure project hygiene, template systems, and reliable handoffs for world-class in-stadium content.

You’ll collaborate with motion designers, production managers, and account leads to optimize workflows, write simple tools, and document best practices so the team can work faster and with fewer errors.

Formación

• Advanced After Effects skills including composition structuring, expressions and render settings.
• Meticulous project hygiene, signage alignment, color space handling and asset packaging.
• Familiarity with render engines and 3D toolchains to understand full pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical health of AE projects: structure comps, naming, precomps and render settings.
• Perform QC of motion design content for correct formats, export integrity, and LED signage specs.
• Develop and maintain templates, toolkits, and reusable assets to speed up workflows.
• Create and document technical standards for file management and project handoff.
• Support the motion design team with automation tools, expressions and basic scripting.
• Collaborate with production managers to prevent delivery issues and mentor on technical challenges.
