Click&Boat is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Barcelona team. You will support sourcing, screening and helping hire top talent to fuel growth, collaborating with TA colleagues and hiring partners across teams to deliver high-quality work.

You’ll own initial recruitment steps, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and gain hands-on onboarding, exposure to employer branding and process improvements. Start date September, 4–6 months, 1,000€ gross monthly salary.

Formación

• End-of-studies internship required.
• Fluent English; comfortable in international environment.
• Fast-paced, high-volume recruitment experience beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Own the first steps of the recruitment process, from CV screening to introductory interviews.
• Help identify and engage talent across different profiles.
• Experiment with sourcing strategies and AI-powered recruitment tools.

To support this growth, we are hiring a Junior Talent Acquisition Intern to join a dynamic team in our Barcelona office and continue building a world-class, creative organization by finding the best talent for our incredible culture.

The role

We\'re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People crew in Barcelona.

In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, screening and helping us hire the best talent to fuel our growth, and collaborating closely with the TA crew members and our hiring partners across teams to deliver a high-quality work.

What you bring aboard

• Are looking for an end-of-studies internship and ready to kick-start your career in Talent Acquisition
• Are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
• Enjoy fast-paced, high-volume recruitment and know how to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities
• Have a sales mindset: you\'re proactive, resilient, and motivated by results
• Are coachable, open to feedback, and excited to grow—we value potential over perfection
• Bring positive energy, curiosity, and aren\'t afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo

Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)

• You speak Fluently French and/or Spanish
• You\'ve worked in a start-up or scale-up environment
• You have prior experience in a Talent Acquisition or sales role
