Anapharm Bioanalytics is a Barcelona-based, customer-driven CRO specializing in small and large molecule bioanalysis, supporting drug development globally with LC-MS/MS and LBA technologies. The role is in an expanding, multinational team within a cutting-edge lab environment.

The candidate will work on ligand-binding assays (ELISA/MSD), adhere to GLP/GCP standards, and contribute to study documentation in a collaborative, fast-paced setting in Barcelona.

Formación

• PhD, MSc or BSc in biology or related subject.
• Minimum 1-year experience in bioanalytical laboratories.
• Experience with ELISA, MSD or other Ligand Binding techniques.
• Understanding of GLP/GCP regulations.
• Experience with LIMS, cell culture and qPCR will be valued.
• Excellent level of English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat results of analytical batches.
• Label proteins with biotin or Sulfo-tag.
• Assist Study Director in problem resolution and SOP/documentation.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Support Laboratory Management in evaluating and implementing new processes and equipment.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare analytical batches to quantify drugs, anti-drugs antibodies or biomarkers in biological matrices by ligand binding assays (ELISA, MSD) according to international guidelines and internal procedures.
• Perform the evaluation and treatment of results of analytical batches.
• Label proteins with biotin or Sulfo-tag.
• Support the Study Director in: (i) the resolution of problems, (ii) the preparation of SOPs and other study documentation.
• Carry out maintenance and calibration/verification of laboratory equipment.
• Actively support Laboratory Management in evaluating and implementing new processes and equipment.

REQUIRED PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

• PhD, MSc or BSc in biology or related subject.
• Minimum 1-year experience in bioanalytical laboratories.
• Experience working with ELISA, MSD or other Ligand Binding techniques.
• Understanding of international bioanalytical guidelines, and experience working under GLP/GCP regulations.
• Experience working with LIMS systems and with cell culture and qPCR techniques will be valued.
• Excellent level of English (Spanish – nice to have).
• Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Word and Excel.
