Anapharm Bioanalytics, a Barcelona-based CRO, seeks a bioanalytical specialist to join its expanding team. You will work on ligand binding assays (ELISA, MSD) to quantify drugs and biomarkers in biological matrices and will support method development under GLP/GCP guidelines.

The role expects at least 1 year in a bioanalytical lab, proficiency with LIMS, and strong English communication. An international, multicultural environment in Barcelona offers career growth and cutting-edge technology.

Formación

• PhD, MSc or BSc in biology or related subject.
• Minimum 1-year experience in bioanalytical laboratories.
• Experience with ELISA, MSD or other Ligand Binding techniques.
• Understanding of GLP/GCP regulations.
• Experience with LIMS systems and with cell culture and qPCR valued.
• Excellent English (Spanish – nice to have).
• Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare analytical batches to quantify drugs, anti-drugs antibodies or biomarkers in biological matrices by ligand binding assays (ELISA, MSD) according to international guidelines and internal procedures.
• Perform the evaluation and treatment of results of analytical batches.
• Label proteins with biotin or Sulfo-tag.
• Support the Study Director in the resolution of problems, and the preparation of SOPs and other study documentation.
• Carry out maintenance and calibration/verification of laboratory equipment.
• Actively support Laboratory Management in evaluating and implementing new processes and equipment.
