Canonical is seeking a Junior Project Manager to drive project success across diverse stakeholders in a globally distributed team. You will own, drive and communicate project plans, balancing scope, cost and schedule with a focus on delivering value for customers and partners.

Formación

Solid academic achievement in science, software engineering and/or information technology.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
Leadership experience demonstrated in school or university life.
Ability to make things happen with a professional approach and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

Ensure programs and projects are delivered within schedule, scope, cost, budget and resources.
Identify key technical and project risks and issues and put mitigating actions in place.
Maintain strong customer focus and work with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Conduct regular status meetings and business reviews with customers.
Support delivery schedule of critical third party deliverables.
Advocate appropriate technologies from Canonical's portfolio to customers.
