Job summary

Clúster Digital de Catalunya is seeking a Junior Project Manager to help implement national and European innovation projects. A recent graduate or early-career professional will gain hands-on experience across various project management aspects.

You will work closely with the project management team on financial and administrative tasks, reporting, and communication, with a focus on learning and development in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in relevant fields.
• Recent graduates up to 2 years of experience encouraged.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in innovation, digital transformation and European cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day implementation and coordination of national and European innovation projects.
• Assist with financial and administrative management including budget monitoring and documentation.
• Prepare project reports and financial justifications for funding authorities.
• Support communication and dissemination activities including newsletters and social media.
• Organise project meetings, workshops, events and other collaborative activities.
• Assist in preparing new project proposals with research and admin support.
• Maintain project documentation, monitor deadlines and funding compliance.
• Provide cross-functional support to the project management team and other cluster initiatives.
