Group-IPS en Madrid busca un Ingeniero/a de Proyecto Junior para apoyar la entrega de proyectos industriales desde ingeniería hasta ejecución.

Se requieren 2–4 años de experiencia en sitios industriales, supervisión de obra y coordinación de contratistas. Se valora disponibilidad para trabajo en sitio y crecimiento profesional dentro de Group-IPS.

Formación

• Título en Ingeniería Mecánica, Química, Industrial o afín.
• 2–4 años de experiencia en obras industriales y supervisión de planta.
• Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y gestionar múltiples partes interesadas.
• Dominio del inglés y el español.

Responsabilidades

• Soportar la planificación, ejecución y coordinación del proyecto.
• Gestionar documentación, cronogramas y control de costos.
• Coordinar equipos de ingeniería, contratistas y proveedores.
• Monitorear actividades de construcción y fases de puesta en marcha.
• Participar en reuniones técnicas con clientes y partes interesadas.
• Visitas al sitio para seguir la ejecución del proyecto.

We are looking for a Junior Project Engineer to join our Madrid team.

This role is ideal for engineers with 2–4 years of experience on industrial sites who are ready to take the next step into Project Management. Previous exposure to construction, commissioning or site coordination is essential, as you will be managing projects from engineering through execution.

What will you do?

As a Junior Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of industrial projects throughout their full lifecycle, including:

• Supporting project planning, execution and coordination.
• Managing project documentation, schedules and cost tracking.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitoring construction activities and supporting commissioning phases.
• Following project progress to ensure quality, budget and schedule objectives are achieved.
• Participating in technical meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Performing regular site visits to monitor project execution.
• Supporting procurement, permitting and project reporting activities.

You will be involved in projects from feasibility and engineering through construction, commissioning and handover.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience on industrial construction sites, including construction supervision, commissioning, contractor coordination or site engineering.
• Interest in developing a career in Project Management.
• Experience working on industrial projects within Food & Beverage is highly preferred. Experience in Pharma, Chemicals or Biochemical industries is also valued.
• Understanding of industrial processes, utilities, equipment, automation or construction activities.
• Knowledge of project planning, cost control and project documentation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Any additional language is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full on-site availability in Madrid, with national mobility depending on project needs.
