Group-IPS seeks an Energy Engineer to join our Madrid team and drive energy efficiency projects across industrial plants. You will engage in energy audits, utilities optimization, and site assessments while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on EPCM engineering initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring a degree in Energy/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with fluency in English and Spanish and willingness to travel to client sites in Europe.

Formación

• Degree in Energy, Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in energy or process engineering projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Advance energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Work on industrial utilities and thermal systems optimization.
• Conduct energy audits and consumption analyses.
• Optimize HVAC, refrigeration and process systems.
• Lead decarbonization and carbon-reduction efforts.
• Perform site visits and technical assessments.
• Prepare technical documentation and engineering studies.

Job Description

Join Group-IPS and help improve the energy performance of industrial plants.

At Group-IPS, we deliver Engineering, EPCM and Project Management services for leading industrial companies across Europe and beyond. We work on industrial projects in sectors such as Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Chemicals and Manufacturing.

We are looking for a Energy Engineer to join our Madrid team and support industrial project in Energy Efficiency.

What will you do?

• Energy efficiency and sustainability
• Industrial utilities and thermal systems
• Energy audits and consumption analysis
• HVAC, refrigeration and process optimization
• Decarbonization and carbon reduction initiatives
• Site visits and technical assessments
• Technical documentation and engineering studies

You will have direct exposure to industrial plants, onsite activities and EPCM engineering projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Energy, Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 2 - 5 years of experience in energy or process engineering projects
• Interest in industrial energy systems, utilities and process optimization
• Practical mindset and willingness to work onsite with industrial clients
• Fluent in English and Spanish, any other language is a Plus.
• Availability to travel
