Prima is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join our product teams in Spain. You’ll help shape initiatives by partnering with engineers, designers, analysts and business stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions that drive value and use modern tech.

Responsabilidades

• Support product discovery by contributing to qualitative and quantitative analysis, user research, and synthesis of insights.
• Collaborate on day-to-day delivery activities within a cross-functional squad, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and analytics.
• Contribute to planning by helping structure scope, track progress, and surface risks or dependencies early.
• Test new features and make sure delivered solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
• Define and monitor success metrics for the features you support, helping the team learn from launches and iterate.
