Launchmetrics is seeking an Associate Product Builder with a Design craft to help shape Discover, the part of the Brand Performance Cloud where brands monitor their presence and benchmark performance. Discover analyzes data and surfaces insights that are easy to understand, with AI-led features at its heart.

This is the Associate stage: you'll own small missions within a pod, learn the craft by doing real work from day one, and work closely with senior builders who support your growth in

Formación

• Foundations of user-centered design and proficiency with Figma or Lovable.
• Ability to turn fuzzy needs into measurable design problems.
• Understanding fashion and luxury brand challenges is a plus.
• Ability to keep pod moving with minimal guidance.
• Clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English in a fast-paced, international team.

Responsabilidades

• Own missions end to end: scope, build with the pod, enable and monitor adoption for Discover missions.
• Take on real design work: own features design with guidance from senior builders.
• Help run discovery: participate in user interviews, surveys and usage analysis.
• Measure what matters: define KPIs for adoption and performance and feed learnings back.
• Keep an eye on the market: stay updated on competitive landscape and brand measurement trends.
• Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders and leadership.
• Raise the bar: contribute to shared tooling and design system improvements.
