Launchmetrics, a Brand Performance Cloud leader, seeks an Associate Product Builder with a Design craft to shape Discover, the area where brands monitor presence, benchmark performance and uncover drivers using AI-enabled features. You’ll work with a pod, owning small missions from ideation to delivery and learning from senior builders.

You’ll be close to research and users from day one, contributing to design decisions, gathering evidence, and growing through defined stages with expert

Formación

• Fundamentals of user-centered design with attention to visuals.
• Strong discovery skills: talk to users and turn needs into measurable outcomes.
• Business sense to understand fashion and luxury brands and their data.
• Independent across crafts to move a small pod forward.
• Clear, simple communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English; team is international; other languages welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Own missions end to end: scope, build with the pod, enable and monitor adoption.
• Take on real design work: own features design with guidance and AI tools.
• Help run discovery: conduct user interviews and usage analysis with evidence.
• Define metrics and KPIs for adoption and performance, feed learnings back.
• Stay close to the market: monitor competitive landscape and trends.
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders and leadership across teams.
• Contribute to shared tooling and improve the design system.
