Role Purpose :

Support the end-to-end procurement and contracting process for renewable energy projects — primarily solar, wind, and Bess— ensuring optimal technical, commercial, and contractual conditions for the company. This position acts as a key interface between technical, development, finance, and legal teams, ensuring all procurement activities align with the company strategic, technical, and financial objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technical Procurement : Coordinate and execute purchasing processes for major components such as wind turbines, PV modules, inverters, structures, transformers, batteries, and EPC / O&M services.
  • Contract Negotiation : Assist in preparing, analyzing, internal coordination and negotiating supplier contracts (equipment and services) in collaboration with the legal team and Procurement Manager.
  • Techno-commercial Evaluation : Assess supplier proposals based on cost, quality, lead time, warranties, and compliance with project technical specifications and renewable energy standards.
  • Internal Coordination : Work closely with engineering, development, construction, and finance teams to align technical requirements with budget and project timelines.
  • Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate records of tenders, bid evaluations, contracts, and supplier documentation.
  • Process Improvement : Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and sourcing strategies, promoting cost efficiency and sustainability.
Candidate Profile :
  • Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within the energy sector, preferably renewables (solar, wind, or EPC).
  • Understanding of EPC, BoP, and PPA contracts, and the Renewable business model.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
  • Professional level of English (spoken and written) for technical and contractual communication.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
