Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a proactive sales associate to onboard new clients and help them launch their first online advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on German-speaking markets.

You will work in a target-driven environment from Barcelona in a hybrid setup, handling high-volume outreach by phone while building lasting relationships. The role includes relocation support and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications can be a plus).
• 1-2 years minimum of work experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Strong desire to meet productivity and targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication to pitch on the phone and draft proposals.
• Good time management and ability to organize their own day.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Client-focused with ownership of business goals.
• Team player in fast-paced environments.
• Native level German and high level English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns.
• Detect and understand customer needs and objectives.
• Increase spend, upsell and sustainability.
• Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls.
