Scorp is seeking a Junior Media Buyer to join our Marketing Team. You will support campaign planning, setup, and optimization across DSPs and traffic sources, with a focus on performance metrics, ROI, and reporting.

The role requires a background in digital marketing, hands-on experience with ad networks, and strong analytical and communication skills in English. This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented position within a modular start-up environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with ad networks (e.g., Adcash, ExoClick, Adsterra, PropellerAds).
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare models.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across DSP-style ad networks.
• Identify and collaborate with new traffic sources and partners.
• Negotiate and manage performance-based deals (CPA, CPL, RevShare).
• Execute end-to-end campaign management including setup, tracking, optimization, and scaling.
• Analyze traffic quality and conversion paths to improve ROI.
• Collaborate on landing page and pre-lander improvements.
• Maintain structured reporting and provide actionable insights on campaign performance.
