As a Junior Key Account Manager at Bark, you’ll play a vital role in driving growth and retention across some of our key partners. This role is all about combining commercial focus with exceptional client service. You’ll be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities within your portfolio, ensuring accounts achieve strong ROI, and building lasting relationships that support long‑term success.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Data & Insights, Marketing, and Finance teams to provide insights, deliver business reviews, and identify opportunities to re‑engage and expand partnerships. Alongside developing your analytical and presentation skills, you’ll also gain exposure to strategy, contract management, and revenue forecasting.
