• Assist in the configuration and development of the Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform.
• Support integration and testing of the ITSM tool.
• Act as a support liaison for reported issues.
• Provide technical support for ITSM-related applications.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in MS Office tools

Basic understanding of IT Service Management

Understanding of database concepts

Familiarity with web technologies

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Systems, Engineering, or similar
