Overview
Join the ITSM Platform team supporting one of Europe’s leading consumer electronics retailers, where you will play a key role in the configuration, development, and support of their IT Service Management (ITSM) tool. Operating in a dynamic technical environment, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure the ITSM platform evolves in line with business needs and delivers high-quality service management across the organization.
The person is going to be working with Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and basic development of the Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform under guidance
- Support the integration of the ITSM tool by performing basic testing and documentation of system interfaces
- Assist in the application of ITSM processes and contribute to following ITIL best practices
- Act as a support liaison, helping to coordinate with the client and third-party vendors on reported issues and minor improvements
- Help build and maintain basic service offerings, reports, and dashboards within the platform
- Ensure routine development tasks adhere to agile principles and internal standards
- Provide first and second-line technical support for ITSM-related applications and user interfaces
- Actively learn about Ivanti Neurons functionality and ITSM industry best practices
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of professional experience, ideally in an IT support, IT operations, or junior analyst role
- Bachelor degree in fields like: Systems, Engineering or similar
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and a strong willingness to learn ITIL best practices
- Some hands‑on experience related to system configuration, application support, or a similar technical domain
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) for documentation and basic data analysis.
- Basic understanding of database concepts (e.g., what a SQL query is).
- Familiarity with foundational web technologies like HTML or XML, or exposure to working with web services / APIs is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, ability to follow instructions, and comfortable working collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
